Sri Lanka Railway unions want their problems resolved
Sri Lanka Railway Guards Union has decided to inform the Transport Minister of their unresolved problems by sending telegrams.
The Guards Union is scheduled to send 500 telegrams from various places to the Transport Minister Dullas Alahapperuma tomorrow requesting to address their concerns.
According to the Guards Union they are burning with five major unresolved problems including the salary anomaly issue for a long time.
The railway guards pointed out that all the transport ministers in the past have given only promises to resolve their problems, but no actions yet.
