When Is Sri Lanka Railway going to introduce an Online booking system for travel tickets for berths and sleeprets for a start. Preference should be given to the customers like in the Airline travel. If a customers goes even 10 days before arouind 11 am to the booking office even to pay a 1000/- to buy a ticket most the tickets are already issued to the public sector warrants. A proper training should be given to the berth booking office reception staff with regard to the word “customer care” with hospitality. Lets go for it and be the best in Asia.
