Rs. 4 billion needed to renovate of Sri Lanka’s Northern rail track

The Railway control room says the blast near Dehiwala was along a a rail track at Wasala Road, in Dehiwala.
According to the available information explosion occurred around 7.10 a.m and minor damages reported to the railway track, police sources added.
